Who is Negaduck?

Negaduck is the evil doppleganger of St. Canard's masked crime fighter Darkwing Duck. Hailing from an alternate dimension known as the Negaverse (where he rules supreme as 'Lord Negaduck'), this guy is not one to screw around. He's vicious, sadistic, cold-hearted, and has an unnatural hatred for all things cute and adorable. Aside from being Darkwing's greatest arch-foe Negaduck is the leader of the Fearsome Five; a legion of villains consisting of himself and four others: Megavolt, Quackerjack, The Liquidator, and Bushroot.

Unlike most villains, Negs is extremely intelligent and uses his intellect (and trusty chainsaw) to make up for his lack of super-powers. He is by far one of the most sinister and violent villains to be created by Disney!

And clearly, that makes him the coolest character ever (do you really want to argue with him otherwise?)
